Animail is a simple digital tag solution that provides comprehensive information on your pet should it go missing. All you need is a subscription to the Animail app on your mobile phone, an Animail pet tag, and you can then set it up simply by tapping the tag and entering the information you wish to include. Animail doesn’t provide live GPS tracking. However, if your pet is missing and someone finds it, once they tap on the tag with their phone, your pet’s GPS location is shown to you, the owner, and all other authorised contacts, via the Animail app.

No. When someone taps your pet's tag with their phone, they will automatically see the information you’ve chosen to share on their phone, along with the various ways to contact you (and any other authorised users). Plus, if you’ve recorded a message, the finder can play it simply by pressing that button!

No. All activity takes place via the Animail app once the tag is tapped with a phone.
You will need to email us
to organise the return of your tag, so we can disconnect it and send you out a replacement one. This must be done within the 12-month warranty period.
Animail tags are under warranty for 12 months
and will be replaced within this timeframe if found to be if faulty, and if the terms of the warranty are met. When the warranty period has passed, a faulty tag should be discarded, and a new one ordered
and set up at your own expense.
Yes! The tags are sealed, meaning your pet can safely wear it at bath time or even swimming in the sea!
Yes! Information within Animail is stored on our proven, secure cloud-base portal.
Your pet’s microchip can only be read by a special device at the vet or RSPCA etc. Animail pet tags work only in conjunction with the Animail app. In addition, your pet's finder does not need the app - they simply receive on their phones the information you've chosen to share at the tap of your tag, helping to quickly reunite you with your lost pet
– and care for the pet appropriately in the meantime.
